Black Coffee launches #FILLUPFNB campaign

By Published November 25, 2015

Black Coffee’s announcement comes just a month after Hip Hop artist Cassper Nyovest became the first local musician to fill up The Dome. Over 20 000 fans packed the venue to the rafters.

No concert by a local artist or group has ever managed to fill up FNB Stadium but Black Coffee reckons he can pull off a miraculous feat by becoming the first South African artist to fill up the stadium.

FNB Stadium is currently the largest stadium in Africa since its capacity was increased to 94,700 for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

The 39-year-old Durban-born DJ made history in 2010 when he set the record for the longest hours a man/DJ has spent on the decks.

He spent 60hrs on the decks. His announcement was met with a lot of excitement from fans on various social media outlets.
